Welcome to the automated text messaging program operated jointly under our clinical brand practices: Sweet Dentistry & Orthodontics, Sweet Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, and Sweet Dentistry. These brands are doing-business-as trade names legally operated by Duong Dental, Inc. (collectively referred to as “the Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully. By opting into our text messaging service, providing your phone number, or replying to our text communications, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, as well as our primary Website Privacy Policy.
1. Program Name & Brand Identity
The text messaging platform is officially recognized as the Sweet Dentistry Shared SMS Notification Program (the “Program”). All automated messages sent through this system will explicitly identify as originating from Sweet Dentistry & Orthodontics, Sweet Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, Sweet Dentistry, Duong Dental, Inc., or our unified clinical care team.
2. Program Description
The Program is designed to provide patients, parents, and authorized guardians with timely information regarding comprehensive dental and pediatric orthodontic care. Communications include transactional notifications, clinical milestones, administrative alerts, and practice updates. By enrolling in the Program, you can expect to receive text messages regarding:
Appointment confirmations, booking requests, and clinical schedule reminders.
Prescription information, clinical pre-op/post-op instructions, and medication refill alerts.
Orthodontic treatment updates (such as Phase 1 interceptive therapy tracking, clear aligner adjustments, or milestone recognition).
Patient-satisfaction surveys, local youth sports sponsorship highlights, and clinical care quality feedback requests.
3. Carrier Compliance Disclosures
Message and data rates may apply for any text messages sent from us to you, or from you to us. Standard wireless provider messaging rates and data plans apply according to your specific mobile contract.
Message frequency varies and is recurring based upon your active treatment status, upcoming scheduled dental visits, and direct engagement with our office.
4. Complete Opt-Out Instructions
Your consent to receive text messages is completely voluntary, and you may opt out at any time. To stop receiving automated text messages from the Program, text the word STOP in all caps to our text-enabled practice phone number: (949) 427-2239. You may also reply with the single keyword STOP directly to any message you receive from us.
Upon receipt of your STOP command, our system will transmit a single, final automated message confirming that your mobile phone number has been unsubscribed from our database. After this confirmation, you will receive no further text messages from the Program unless you choose to proactively re-enroll or submit a new text message to our office.
5. Customer Support and Assistance
If you experience any operational difficulties with our text messaging service, require assistance, or have questions regarding your account, text the word HELP in all caps to our practice number: (949) 427-2239, or reply directly with HELP to any message.
You may also contact our customer support and privacy officer team directly through traditional communication channels:

Neither the Practice (including Sweet Dentistry & Orthodontics, Sweet Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, Sweet Dentistry, and Duong Dental, Inc.) nor the mobile operators guarantee uninterrupted or error-free network delivery.
7. Integration with Privacy Policy
We strictly protect your personal contact information. Mobile subscriber data, text messaging originator opt-in records, and associated consent history will never be shared, leased, rented, or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
